"My
own favorite recipe is quick and very delicious. You can add tomatoes
or cucumbers or humus as well if you like
the
variations are endless.

Grainy
bread, toasted
Udo's Oil Blend
Udo's Fast Food Blend
One slice of firm tofu, slightly steamed
½ ripe avocado
Spicy salad greens or spicy sprouts
Tamari
Lemon juice
Water
Tahini
Gomasio (Sesame seeds and sea salt mixed together) |
Spread
Udo's Oil Blend on the toasted bread. Spread the avocado and tahini on the bread. Place
the slightly steamed tofu on the bread. Add
the salad greens or sprouts.
Mix
tamari, lemon juice and water together and dribble 1-2 Tbsp. of mixture over the greens or sprouts. Sprinkle
on some Fast Food Blend and Gomasio.
Add the
steamed veggies and stir gently. Finally, add yogurt, Oil Blend,
vinegar & fresh
grated pepper to taste. Optionally, add your own favorite spice mix
or or slosh of fine Italian Dressing. Stir and Enjoy. Yummy
