INGREDIENTS
Tuna
steak 150 grams

1/2 New Potatos Sauteed Green
beans cut in half lengthways 6 Each 2
Boiled quail eggs halved (3 minutes) Cherry
tomatoes 3 cut in half Anchovie
Fillets 4 each Balsamic
reduction 10 mls Udo’s
oil 20 mls Garlic
aioli 20 mls Black
Olives 6 Each Arugula
Leaves Sliced
Shallots |
Method
Heat
a pan with a little olive oil and cook the Tuna Steak Rapidly for
approx 1 minute on each side ….. Season.
To
assemble the dish
- place the green beans tomatoes shallot and
arugula leaves into a bowl and dress with some Udos Oil
- place in
the center of the plate arrange saute potatoes around the plate
alternatively with the boiled egg and anchovie fillets drizzle
with remainder of the Udos Oil
- finally drop some of the
balsamic reduction into the oil as per the Photo. Dollop of Aioli
on top of the Tuna.
