“May your choices radiate from your heart, and spring like glistening blossoms in your eyes.”
Alexis Jantzen
A double rainbow appeared right outside my window. Radiant, shimmering, stunning in the beauty of the light. I felt drenched in surreal beauty, awestruck in the moment.
My busy mind came to a complete stop. All the days’ struggles ceased. The intense work paradigm shattered as my mind filled with wonder. Shallow breathing turned in to deep life nourishing breaths.

The sheer brilliance of the rainbow immediately re-aligned my perspective. The lesson I learned was:
“Stop, be present, feel the sensual beauty around you. This beauty creates your connection to the infinite presence of intelligence in all creation and within you. This intelligence within you is the place where your strength and zest for life comes from.”
What a great lesson! I hope that one is repeated as often as the hard ones.

You know, zest for life (that juicy inspiration filled place of wonder and curiosity), health, creativity, that place of deep inner connection to the purpose and meaning in life – these are true gifts to cherish.

Some of my most creative and cherished moments occur when I am daydreaming or soaking in a bathtub. Also during that quiet connection place in meditation when I am clear and all the bubbles of new thoughts pop to the surface, or out in the forest, where nature hums a symphony of life. Yet, I also have times of clarity, creativity, and deep understanding by standing on a busy street and asking myself a question like – What is the next step in my life?
Every morning I have a little ritual to enhance the creativity and zesty feeling for my life. I hold my heart and say to myself – “Thank you! Please focus me on the amazing joyous journey of today. I willingly participate fully as you bring me clarity and ease of activities, flow, harmony, opportunities, synchronicities and prosperity. Thank you for all the wonderful relationships I have.”
Sometimes it feels like a game! I watch for all the thoughts that pass through my mind, and notice the events that happen. I actively engage myself with the day’s activities. Every day is the promise of great co-creative partnership inside of me and with everyone I meet.
