Alexis brings over 20 years experience in the field of holistic integrative health. Her formal training includes:

  • Registered Massage Therapist RMT (1983 – 2002 - retired), B.C. Board of Massage Therapists

  • Certified Clinical Hypnotherapy (1997 –) Canadian Hypnotherapy Association.

  • Shamanic and Medicine wheel teachings from the Inka (Peru), First Nations and Foundation for Shamanic Studies.

  • Meditation training since 1987.

  • Coaching, Yoga, Energy work, Singing, Sound and Light healing

 

Alexis’s new book The One Minute Active Meditation Technique is now available, the first in the De-Mystify Meditation Series™. She has appeared in magazines, newspapers - the Vancouver Sun, Province, and North Shore News. A personal profile was recently published in the Burnaby Newsleader Side Streets - March 2008 issue.

Born in Vancouver, B.C. Alexis has led an artistic and adventuresome journey in life. Working as an RMT in the heli-skiing industry, bicycling 3,000 miles in Europe, sailing 12,000 miles in the Caribbean, and guiding sacred sites tours to Sedona, Arizona.

Her experiences abound with a deep love of cultures and people. Artistically, she has crafted hand frame drums and community drums, produced her own music CD – Flow Spirit Flow and sung professionally in choirs.
