  Tahini Caeser Salad Dressing
(A healthy high protein and EFA dressing and dip)
 
 
  • ½ package of medium (soft) tofu (approx. 225g)
  • ½ c. soy or dairy milk, or distilled water (for dips use 1/8-1/4 c. only) -2 heaping tbls. Tahini-sesame butter (or any RAW nut/seed butters, except peanut butter)
  • 2 tbls. Brags (or 1 tsp. spike or sea salt)
  • 2 cloves of garlic crushed
  • 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar (or fresh lemon juice)
  • 2 tbls of brewers yeast and 1 tsp. unsulphured blackstrap molasses (both are optional but highly nutritious and adds a nice flavor)
  • ¼ cup udo’s oil (add more if desired, remember there is also the tahini)

    *** remember, healthy oils don't last long when exposed to air!  Plan to use up the salad dressing as soon as possible! ***

 
 

Blend all ingredients except udos oil until it's a thick creamy consistency. While blending, slowly add the oil until smooth and creamy. Serve over salads, hot dishes (as a cream sauce) or as a dip. This wonderful and nutritious dressing contains large amounts of proteins, EFA's, vitamins and minerals. It is also very tasty, filling and satisfying that can be eaten and combined with most foods to enhance their richness, flavors and nutrition. Enjoy and bon appetite!
