BREAKFAST MEAL-IN-A-GLASS

approximately 5 cups)
"This
is our basic breakfast recipe. We have used a combination of juices
and add seasonal fruits. It's a wonderful, versatile recipe that can
be easily adjusted to suit taste. Of course all of the other Udo's products
can be added."
Blend all ingredients on high speed for one minute, pour in a glass
and serve.
BLUEBERRY MILKSHAKE

If you are vegan, you may substitute milk with soymilk.
You can also use soymilk if you just want to try something different.
½
Cup 2% milk
½ Cup fresh blueberries
2 Tbsp. Udo's Oil Blend
1 Tsp. honey
¼ Tsp. vanilla extract
1 Ice cubes (from filtered water) |

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for about 30 seconds
until smooth. Pour and serve!
MANGO PROTEIN SHAKE . . . (non-dairy)

"This is an easy, delicious way to start the
day. I prefer using plain protein powder and adding my own fresh fruit.
I added enough mango to make it sweet, but not too sweet. Keep in mind
that the more fruit you eat, the more difficult it might be to maintain
your ideal body weight, since fruits are high in sugar (carbohydrates)."

8 fl.oz. filtered water
1/3 Cup plain protein powder or about 55 grams
½ ripe mango
2 Tbsp. Udo's Oil Blend
2 ice cubes (from filtered water) |
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for

treat" or a summer evening indulgence! Try adding your own choices
of frozen fruit! Using frozen vs fresh bananas simply makes it colder
for those hot summer evenings!"

frozen ripe banana (can be fresh also)

1/2 cup organic vanilla flavor soy milk
1/2
cup of frozen blueberries (or...?)

Tbsp flax seed, fresh ground
1/4
Tsp cardomon seed, hulled kernels

Tbsp Udo's Choice Oil Blend |

Chop the frozen
(or fresh) banana into about 8 chunks and place in blender. Add the
soy milk. Blend gradually at low speed. After the bananas are pureed,
add other fruit (berries) and blend.
Grind the flax
seed and the whole cardomon (outer husk gone) together in a coffee grinder
or any method that works. Add the ground flax and cardomon and blend
in to the drink. Just before you're finished, add the Udo's Choice Oil
Blend and mix briefly.
Pour this delicious
mix into frosty glasses and use straws for the full sensuous benefit!
