consists of foods that are turned into energy. Carbs not burned become
fat. Hence the saying, "burn them or wear them." Excess
carbs are the source of most overweight, obesity and type-2 diabetes
affecting 65% of our populations.
White sugar is worse than white flour is worse than complex carbs.
In many ways, undamaged fats are better fuel than carbs.
The only problem with fruit is sugar, which can increase triglycerides
(blood fats) if you don't burn them, thereby increasing body fat.
